About Me
After completing my MA in Cultural Policy at Goldsmiths College, London, I worked for the National Foundation for Youth Music as a Grants and Learning Officer. Supporting funded partners across England to achieve better outcomes through music for diverse groups of young people was always very inspiring.
After moving to Aotearoa, I continued working for Youth Music as an assessor and still assess funding applications. Using this experience and knowledge about how funders think, I now write funding applications for charities based in New Zealand. I enjoy collaborating with various organisations working hard to make a meaningful difference in our society. My guiding quote is from the artist Ai Weiwei 'I want people to see their own power' because I want to empower all those change-makers out there to access more sustainable funding and achieve lasting change.
